Where I spent Sunday afternoon, after the first trip of the year to the Antique Rose Emporium….
here… and here
Of course, these pictures are from last spring, when the wisteria was in bloom… but it will be looking like this in about three weeks.
I just think of it as my private patch of paradise….

Wow!!! Fabulous garden. I am very impressed because I know how much work goes into that, even if it’s a labor of love. *grin* Yeah, Wow about does it. It’s wonderful.

Looks great! Because of El Nino this year, my neck of the woods( northern washington) has been extremly mild and the tulips and daffodils are already coming out. In several areas they have already harvested the daffodils. Today is the first rain in almost three weeks!! My plum tree is in full bloom more than a month ahead of normal and my apple tree is right behind. We love El Nino here! To bad the snowpack is 25% of normal which means water rationing this summer.

I’m envious…are garden *never* looks that good. The SO killed off part of the grass last year by cutting it back *way* too far. Back to the drawing board on that one.

My spouse would be so envious, that’s the garden she sees in her mind’s eye when she looks out our back door.
Of course, here in Utah its not likely to ever look like that, but if she had her way…
My back hurts just thinking about how much work that would be.
Its beautiful!
