After 23 years of active duty, I’m now a civilian.
It’s weird, but I feel even less stress than I did yesterday.
I’m liking this retirement thing.

But it will take about six months to entirely loose your automatic spot-the-officer-and-salute radar!
Congratulations… now you take care that you live long enough to screw the government out of at least as many years of pension, as you were active-duty!
